The first day of Virgo season and the feeling of back-to-school season approaching have me thinking about creative planning and creative goals.

(The other day I told my partner I miss the way elementary school smells and they thought I was crazy but! Fresh cleaned floors! Erasers! LIBRARY books! Yum.)

I’ve avoided the word goals for a long time in favor of the idea of intentions because goals feels…icky? Perfectionist? Or like maybe it’s too vulnerable to say “I want this thing, and I’m going to try to make a plan to make to make it happen?”
